About Us
Director:
Rickyl' Wesson
Ms. Wesson's goal has always been to INSPIRE!! Having her own learning center opens the box of creativity wide open!! There are no limits to what the scholars at Honey and Her Bees will receive under Ms. Wesson's direction. All Honey and Her Bees scholars will be able to excel in any academic institution after our Pre-K 3 program. Love and support will not be foreign to them, and they will BELIEVE in themselves.
Meet The Director:
Rickyl' Wesson
Ms. Rickyl' Wesson, "Honey", has been in education for nearly 2 decades. Having a daycare/learning center has been her dream since 2012. Ms. Wesson started her career in education as a classroom teacher and girls athletic coach. She has made her name as a campus principal that transforms the culture and climate of campuses, which has a direct impact on student achievement.

I have been working at Honey and Her Bees for three years, and I would give it 4 stars. The leadership from the top is strong, and the staff is loving, caring, and dedicated. There is a strong focus on building relationships with children so they feel safe, loved, and valued, while also emphasizing classroom learning. Every student leaves the classroom with meaningful takeaways, including reading, writing, and communication skills.
